Elcorteingles is hiring a Technical Support Agent to join the Technical Support team at the Central Alarm Receiving Station. You will provide critical operational assistance to installers and customers, ensuring effective system commissioning and fault resolution within a dynamic environment that operates 365 days a year.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support from the CRA to installers for the commissioning, installation, and programming of systems.
- Provide assistance in maintenance and fault resolution to customers and users from the Alarm Center.
- Manage technical incidents and collaborate in their agile resolution.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure operational continuity in rotating shifts.
- Maintain an effective technical support service during the different established schedules.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in programming and commissioning of alarm systems, including Bidirectional systems.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in similar positions.
- Availability for a full-time schedule from 10h to 19h.
- Professional category: Oficial de 3ª.
Nice to Have
- Valuable experience in telephone support or teleoperation oriented to incident resolution.
- Valuable experience with brands such as AJAX or HIKVISION.
