Donaldson Company is seeking a Technical Success Manager to drive digital transformation across the construction industry. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Construction Customer Success, you will lead technical engagements with some of the largest AECO organizations in EMEA, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver standardized and custom offerings.
What You'll Do
- Discover customer business and technical processes to build a trusted advisor relationship and support their digital transformation journey.
- Develop processes and workflows that help organizations adopt and unlock value in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Align with best practices for digital transformation change management to empower customers implementing process changes.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute deliverables within the Customer Success Plan, addressing requirements and documenting delivered value.
- Influence the Product Roadmap by demonstrating business impact and working with relevant teams to prioritize requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry technologies, trends, and challenges to position the value of ACC.
- Become an expert in all possibilities and limitations of the Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform (Forma), challenging the status quo and demonstrating value through technical analysis and demos.
- Share best practices, competitive information, innovation, success stories, and lessons learned with the team.
- Use social media and public forums to build personal and Autodesk brand credibility and promote solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industry.
- Experience leading successful technology change management projects, implementations, and programs.
- Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and creating dashboards.
- A passion for moving the construction industry forward.
- Ability to work remotely while visiting customers onsite and in the office as required.

- A curious nature to uncover customer challenges, industry trends, and required workflows when adopting new technology.
- Confidence to understand customer business use cases for product feedback and contribute to roadmap discussions.
