Jobgether is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technical solutions that drive measurable client value. In this remote role, you will act as the strategic bridge between technical capabilities and business objectives, translating complex workflows into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of technology and workflow solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess requirements and recommend effective, scalable approaches.
- Assist in defining cost models and pricing to align with financial and strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities for workflow or technology improvements to resolve client challenges.
- Oversee the solution development process from initial concept to final execution.
- Present solutions to clients with clear messaging that emphasizes value, outcomes, and impact.
- Ensure innovation is aligned with execution to deliver timely and effective results.
- Contribute to sales strategy and communicate the value of solutions effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience serving clients in the Life Sciences sector (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, medical devices).
- At least 3 years in solution development, technical consulting, or sales engineering roles.
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing, print, packaging, or supply chain solutions.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and challenges.
- Ability to evaluate complex client issues and define clear, actionable solutions.
- Skilled in applying technology to communications workflows and understanding print/packaging/marketing services.
- Excellent storytelling and high-level presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to simplify complex ideas for client understanding.

- Compensation range: $116,500 – $186,500/year (adjusted by geographic location).
