In this role, you will support projects focused on modernizing public administration at federal, state, and local levels. We are passionate about making government services more sustainable, future-oriented, and efficient.
What You'll Do
- Be a key team player supporting projects across all levels of the public sector.
- Apply your skills to improve internal processes, from homepage to knowledge management.
- Help make German administration more sustainable and future-oriented.
- Explore new processes and structures for federal, state, and local governments.
- Master data collection through workshops, online surveys, and interviews.
- Analyze data in Excel and transform numbers into meaningful insights.
- Creatively prepare results for presentations and reports.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Analytical thinking and creativity.
- Curiosity, attentiveness, and structured approach.
- Excellent command of German in both spoken and written communication.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Openness to new topics and quick learning ability.
