InductiveHealth was looking for a Director of Client Success

InductiveHealth is hiring a Director of Client Success to lead and shape the Client Success function for our State and Local government clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success across this critical segment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Client Success function, setting strategy and processes for State and Local government client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Drive client retention, growth, and satisfaction by understanding and advocating for client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of services and value to clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a client success, account management, or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise working with State and/or Local government entities.
  • Strong ability to develop strategy, set priorities, and execute on client programs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Work Mode

This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be located within the United States.
