Signet Jewelers is seeking an SAP GTS Team Lead to provide functional and disciplinary leadership for a team working on global S/4HANA projects. You'll be accountable for project timelines, budgets, quality, and the professional development of your team members.
What You'll Do
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for an SAP GTS team.
- Take responsibility for project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Manage escalations and develop solutions for project issues.
- Manage team goals, resources, and workload allocation.
- Drive strategic talent development and collaborate with international teams.
- Organize and conduct team training sessions.
- Support presales activities and the further development of the GTS portfolio.
- Implement strategic initiatives in close coordination with specialist departments.
- Ensure project quality and maintain continuous team qualification.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience working with SAP GTS.
- Leadership experience or strong motivation to lead and develop a team.
- Project management competency and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a structured work approach.
- Residency in Germany.
