Kooku Recruiting GmbH is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer (m/w/d) to focus on the technical development and integration of our HR SaaS platform. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technology, customer requirements, and the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Concept and implement interfaces and integrations to third-party systems like time management or HR environments.
- Migrate and connect existing customer systems to the KIDICAP® platform.
- Develop and optimize automations, including scripting, recurring processes, and technical workflows.
- Support releases, updates, and monitoring of our cloud environments.
- Analyze customer systems and requirements to identify technical potentials and implement them pragmatically.
- Coordinate technically with customers and partners, explaining architecture, access concepts, and integration possibilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the sales team, to translate technical feasibility and solution paths.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a growing team within a company of around 200 employees.
Work Mode
This role offers flexibility with work modes. You can work fully remote from anywhere in Germany, or from our offices in Offenbach am Main or Leipzig.
