Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to support Booking.com customers. In this role, you will provide excellent service to German-speaking travelers, assisting with their booking and travel needs.
What You'll Do
- Engage with German-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Support clients throughout the booking process by making, modifying, and canceling reservations as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product offerings to provide accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German.
