Sunreef Yachts is looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth in the German Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and luxury markets. This is a results-driven role focused on converting pre-qualified leads and expanding the brand's reach through managing the full sales cycle and representing Sunreef at premier global events.
What You'll Do
- Receive and convert pre-qualified leads from our in-house CRM database and company channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure and post-sales relationship management.
- Represent the Sunreef brand at global boat shows, private events, and strategic activations.
- Develop and nurture your own network of UHNWI clients, family offices, and key intermediaries like brokers and advisors.
- Maintain high standards of reporting, using CRM tools to track pipelines and client interactions.
- Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s values, design philosophy, and commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the luxury yachting, automotive, or private jet industries.
- Proven track record of success with UHNWI clients and high-ticket closings.
- Fluent in English.
- International mindset and willingness to travel globally as needed.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital client engagement tools.
- Ambitious, proactive, and highly polished communicator.
Nice to Have
- Other languages such as Arabic, French, German, or Spanish are an asset.
