Infosys Consulting is looking for a HR Transformation & HR Cloud Advisory Consultant to join a dynamic team driving large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud transformation initiatives. You will guide global clients through comprehensive HR transformation, leveraging technology to redesign processes and create tangible business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HCM cloud transformation projects for complex, multi-regional organizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to define requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
- Provide expert guidance on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes through reimagined design and technology.
- Manage HR IT landscape design, vendor selection, readiness assessments, and operations & support model design.
- Deliver HR Target Operating Models (TOM), experience-driven process design, and AI accelerator strategies.
- Provide workforce transformation advisory, focusing on skill-based organization, talent marketplaces, and upskilling initiatives.
- Facilitate HR workshops and craft insightful presentations with actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to practice development, pre-sales activities, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering continuous learning and growth.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes: 5-6 years for Senior Consultants or 8-10 years for Principals.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday HCM, or SuccessFactors.
- HR product and module expertise in Core HR, Performance Management, Talent Development, Recruiting, Learning Management, People Analytics, and Total Rewards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-regional projects and designing HR Operating Models.
- Domain expertise in the H2R (Hire-to-Retire) employee lifecycle, including process design and documentation.
- Ability to translate employee experience needs into business requirements for digital and AI-empowered platforms.
- Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and HR ticketing/workflow tools like ServiceNow HRSD or Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at C2 proficiency in both German and English.
- Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
- Demonstrable experience in developing proposals, offerings, and contributing to practice growth.

- Relevant certifications in HCM platforms.
- HR Cloud module-specific knowledge and certifications.
- Practical knowledge of AI, GenAI, and automation tools transforming HR processes.
