What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services, including shipping options, order tracking, and service policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions for customer inquiries.
- Keep abreast of service updates, policies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
