About the Role

Recycleye is hiring a Regional Sales Manager DACH / Technischer Vertrieb (m/w/d) to shape and execute our strategic expansion across Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland. You will spearhead growth in the DACH region, driving operational excellence from a base in Germany.

What You'll Do

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and provide technical consultation on integrating Recycleye products into their processes.
  • Assist in developing the DACH markets, including market research, stakeholder engagement, and tailored marketing strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and projects in the assigned region, with 50% travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Identify and prioritize new prospects using existing networks, market research, and cold outreach.
  • Visit waste facilities for commercial and technical pre-assessments and craft proposals in line with Recycleye guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to validate and develop winning deployments.
  • Analyze and understand technical site and process drawings.
  • Communicate Recycleye’s value proposition through proposals and presentations and work with clients to compute their ROI.
  • Develop new and creative ways to improve our processes, metrics, and sales operations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
  • Drive and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in technical sales and business development within the DACH region.
  • Strong ability to build long-term client relationships and provide technical consultation.
  • Experience with market development, including research, stakeholder engagement, and strategy execution.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying prospects, managing key accounts, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze technical drawings and craft compelling, ROI-driven proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills for proposals, presentations, and internal coordination.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50%) within the region.
