Cowboy is looking for a Mobile Service Representative to bring repairs directly to customers' doors for their Cowboy electric bikes. Your mission is to get customers back on the road quickly by providing a seamless and efficient repair service while supporting our goal of improving urban mobility through enjoyable, sustainable, and efficient transportation.
What You'll Do
- Ride across the city from one appointment to another to meet customers at their door.
- Repair customers' bikes, aiming to get them back on the road quickly.
- Provide an outstanding repair experience.
