Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team supporting Booking.com. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service for their travel bookings and inquiries while based in Greece.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding their bookings and inquiries.
Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general inquiries related to their travel plans.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Document interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately for future reference.
Collaborate with various departments to address complex issues and improve customer experiences.
Stay informed about Booking.com services, promotions, and travel trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
