Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team supporting Booking.com. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service for their travel bookings and inquiries while based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding their bookings and inquiries.
- Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general inquiries related to their travel plans.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Document interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with various departments to address complex issues and improve customer experiences.
- Stay informed about Booking.com services, promotions, and travel trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German.
