Sastrify is looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to be the strategic architect of our customers' long-term success. As a commercial partner for innovative companies, your mission is strategic growth: managing the full account lifecycle, identifying untapped revenue potential, and ensuring customers realize maximum value.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts with a deep understanding of their goals, health, and commercial potential, with the primary mission of expanding revenue.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue from each account based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth customer handover and ensure quick, impactful onboarding with Customer Support.
- Help customers understand and leverage the value of Sastrify's solutions, resolve blockers, and guide them in implementing best practices.
- Proactively identify and address any issues preventing customers from receiving maximum value, ensuring timely resolution.
- Utilize KPIs to track customer satisfaction and engagement, identifying risks and potential upsell opportunities.
- Develop strong connections with decision-makers through regular check-ins, Executive Business Reviews, and in-person meetings.
- Gather customer feedback on product functionality, relay insights to the Product team, and use updates to drive engagement and upselling.
- Support contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and engagement.

Work Mode
This is a remote position. You must be located in Germany.
