Launch With Us (part of the Soar Group) is hiring a Growth Executive

Hambi Media is looking for a Growth Executive to drive profitable new customer growth for our clients. In this role, you will own the performance and strategic direction for a portfolio of six D2C e-commerce clients, leveraging sharp Meta strategy, performance creative, and e-commerce thinking.

What You'll Do

• Own the performance and strategic direction for a portfolio of six D2C e-commerce clients.
• Drive profitable new customer growth for clients through sharp Meta strategy, performance creative, and e-commerce thinking.
• Translate strategic thinking into results clients can feel.
• Work closely with dedicated Media Buyers to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.
• Manage growth, strategy, insight, and client relationships.

Team & Environment

You will work in a pod with dedicated Media Buyers and report to a Pod Leader.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE.

This is a remote-first position for candidates based in the UK.
