Allwyn UK is hiring a Retail Sales Executive in Liverpool to be the face of The National Lottery to our retail partners. In this role, you will own territory management, build strong retailer relationships, and execute retail revenue and marketing plans to increase sales and Returns to Good Causes. This is a chance to support a once-in-a-lifetime, large-scale transformation journey to create a National Lottery that delivers more money to good causes.
What You'll Do
- Develop a strong understanding of your territory, retailers, and competitors to drive sales and returns to Good Causes.
- Support the Annual Business Plan by delivering key messages and marketing updates to our retail network.
- Support Retail Sales Team objectives and review against agreed measures, working cross-territory where required.
- Deliver Retail Key Performance Indicators through ownership of territory management plans and prepare store visits.
- Proactively drive high in-store standards and deliver key messages.
- Build and maintain great relationships in your assigned territory to drive excellent in-store execution and retailer advocacy.
- Gain retailer commitment to ensure compliance with necessary player protection through the Retail Training Centre.
- Drive your own development through your Personal Development plan and our Learning and Development programme.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Strong sales and commercial acumen.
- Confident and articulate communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Experience in face-to-face consultative selling.
- Ability to use various IT packages and flexibility in their application.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insight to customers.
- Ability to deliver effective training with people at all levels.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across your territory and wider regions.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Retail Sales Team, collaborating with colleagues across territories and divisions.
Work Mode
This role is based in the Liverpool area and requires regular travel within your assigned territory.
