MDLBEAST is looking for a Technical Software Project Manager to drive the development of our digital products and websites. In this role, you will guide development teams, manage project scope and timelines, and ensure technical excellence within our dynamic organization.

What You'll Do

Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with project owners and key stakeholders.
Guide and support development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with the tech lead to validate architectural decisions and development best practices.
Identify potential risks early and keep stakeholders informed of progress and resource needs.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience managing IT or software development projects.
A solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with common programming concepts and software development lifecycles.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in the Arabic language.
Past experience as a QA Engineer or Software Engineer.
