WPP Media is hiring a PMO Technology Projects Lead to join Choreograph, WPP's global data products and technology company. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, develop PMO governance, and ensure client expectations are met.
What You'll Do
- Ensure projects and programmes are properly scoped, resourced, and delivered.
- Manage and meet client expectations across all programmes.
- Escalate any resourcing constraints to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the Delivery Management of multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop governance within the PMO to ensure best practice and proactively improve tools and processes.
- Support the development of career and succession plans for PMO team members.
- Ensure timesheets are complete and accurate for real-time insight into delivery and revenue performance.
- Ensure the full portfolio of technical project plans is correctly phased and planned for insight into capacity and resource requirements.
- Engage with PMOs in other global engagements to support solving short-term resourcing issues.
- Support business development and client teams with PMO input for scope definition, project plans, costing, and resource insight.
- Be the interface between teams for large joint delivery across agencies.
What We're Looking For
- Well-versed in project and programme delivery within a technical or professional services environment.
- Experience within a PMO environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Excellent, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Obsession with detail and planning.
- A tertiary qualification.
- A recognised project or programme management certification or formal training.
