Avery Dennison is looking for a Technical Services Representative responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing complex systems and high-tech equipment for our clients. In this role, you will act as a key technical consultant, providing troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, and user training.
What You'll Do
- Implement complex systems and perform calibration of high-tech equipment at client facilities.
- Diagnose critical failures using data-driven tools, remote access, and AI-powered platforms to ensure rapid resolution.
- Leverage data analytics to anticipate failures and optimize equipment performance before issues arise.
- Act as a trusted technical consultant, providing user training and recommending technological upgrades to drive client business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Proficiency in mechanical/electrical systems, Thermal Printing, RFID Technology, PLCs, and IoT.
- Experience with remote support tools (Video/AI) and complex systems (e.g., RPA).
- Intermediate English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical details for clients.
- Strong analytical abilities for effective problem-solving.
