Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our advanced medical technology. In this role, you will install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in your assigned territory, ensuring service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled while exceeding customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in assigned territory.
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities including system inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, field actions, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products and associated equipment within specified territory.
- Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.
- Complete administrative duties including Spare parts inventory, Field Activity Reports, Return Material Authorizations, and Expense Reports.
- Maintain all Intuitive provided items such as issued tooling, calibrated tool sets, employee vehicle, laptops, and iPads.
- Support Intuitive teams as required to facilitate company objectives (e.g., trade show support, phone support for customers).
- Provide feedback to HQ and take part in continuous improvement projects.
- Complete all required training items including equipment training, Intuitive Surgical University classes, and professional development courses.
- Maintain all aspects of assigned territory including responding to customer needs, maintaining system configurations, customer contacts, and supporting customer training and events.
- Support service contract renewals as required.
