Join a global diagnostics team as a Technical Service Specialist or Senior Specialist based in Eskisehir, Turkey. In this role, you’ll ensure diagnostic instruments operate reliably by leading on-site installations, executing technical validation processes, and providing advanced troubleshooting support. You’ll serve as a key technical resource within your region while also assisting neighboring service areas as part of the national support network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and configuration of diagnostic devices and connectivity software, including full commissioning and validation
- Conduct Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (IQOQ) procedures to meet regulatory and quality standards
- Respond promptly to unplanned service requests, meeting customer time expectations
- Act as a technical advisor to frontline service teams, improving resolution efficiency
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for your assigned territory
- Collaborate with team members to anticipate and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Support customer business reviews by providing technical insights and performance data
- Ensure all service activities comply with quality management system requirements
- Travel regularly within your service region to support customer sites
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates must have at least five years of hands-on experience in the diagnostics industry, with a proven background in technical roles. Strong customer engagement skills, quick problem resolution abilities, and effective task coordination are essential. A valid B class driver’s license is required, with no travel restrictions.
Preference will be given to candidates with an engineering, biomedical, biological, or physical sciences degree. Prior experience servicing electromechanical systems and a demonstrated interest in software-based analytical tools are advantageous.
Technical Environment
You’ll work with diagnostic instrumentation, data connectivity platforms, informatics systems, and software-driven analytical solutions, applying structured methodologies to maintain system performance.
