Power International Holding (PIH), a diversified business conglomerate, is seeking a Senior Technical Service Officer for our property management division. You will ensure the effective maintenance of properties by overseeing technical operations, managing maintenance programs, and delivering a responsive repairs service.

What You'll Do

Supervise the maintenance and management of properties, coordinating with site teams and sub-contractors.
Manage the tenant fault reporting system to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Deliver a responsive repairs service to address property maintenance needs promptly.
Manage planned and cyclical maintenance programs to maintain properties effectively.
Handle day-to-day technical operations within the property management environment.
Oversee sub-office staff administration and supervise daily operations, maintenance, and building services work.
Provide professional technical support for routine and emergency situations, offering technical advice, recommendations, and budgetary forecasts.
Ensure properties comply with regulations and standards related to maintenance and technical operations.
Collect and store data on properties, repairs, maintenance costs, rental income, insurance, and leases for accurate record-keeping.
Implement preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspections, repairs, and pest control.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years of total working experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant technical role.
Advanced technical expertise in building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Demonstrated leadership skills to manage technical service teams and coordinate maintenance activities.
Knowledge of property management regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Effective communication skills for interacting with tenants, contractors, and property owners.
ERP knowledge, with SAP functional skills required.
A Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
