Fujitsu is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to ensure secure and efficient user account administration across our multi-platform environment. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning administration procedures with Fujitsu's overall Information Security policies and standards, while assisting in the development of access controls to safeguard customer systems.
What You'll Do
- Administer user accounts in a multi-platform environment, ensuring alignment with Information Security policies.
- Develop and maintain access controls to protect customer systems from unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
- Manage and support the Office 365 Platform and its core services.
- Administer and support ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services).
- Provide support for O365 Proplus to end-users.
- Utilize a work ticketing system to manage and resolve service requests.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in security user administration or related technical system administration.
- Hands-on experience with the Office 365 Platform and Core Service Management.
- Proven experience with ADFS Management.
- Experience providing O365 Proplus Support.
- 3-8+ years of experience working with a work ticketing system.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications such as MCTS, MCITP, MCPD, MCM, MCSA, MCSD, or MCSE.
- Scripting or programming capabilities.
