This position is for a seasoned JDE CNC Administrator to lead and support long-term contract initiatives, primarily based in Mexico with opportunities for remote work in the US. The role requires regular travel and focuses on end-to-end management of JD Edwards systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle JDE projects, including implementation, migration, and system upgrades
- Administer AS400 operating systems and manage DB2 database environments
- Support and maintain Citrix server infrastructure
- Execute core CNC functions such as security configuration, package builds, object migration, and performance optimization
- Apply system updates, including ASU and ESU patches
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards CNC administration
- Successfully completed at least two full-cycle JDE implementations, migrations, or upgrades
- Proven background in managing AS400 operating systems
- Strong experience with DB2 database administration
- Direct experience in CNC tasks: security, deployment, object migration, and system tuning
- Track record of installing and managing system updates and service packs
Preferred Skills
- Substantial experience supporting Citrix server environments
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with primary location in Mexico. Remote work is permitted in the US, but requires availability for travel to on-site locations when needed. All travel expenses are covered as incurred.
