As a Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract with potential for extension, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles in Software Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning. This position plays a central role in scaling high-performing teams across global markets, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized technical roles, from sourcing to offer, ensuring alignment with business goals and team needs.
- Apply AI-driven sourcing and automation tools to uncover and engage passive talent, crafting personalized outreach that resonates with top candidates.
- Develop and promote standardized hiring workflows that support scalability, using data and feedback to continuously improve processes.
- Deliver a consistently positive candidate journey, reinforcing a strong employer brand at every interaction.
- Maximize the use of Greenhouse ATS and platforms like Gem, maintaining accurate data and clear visibility across the hiring pipeline.
- Advise hiring managers as a talent strategist—providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and guidance on talent positioning.
- Collaborate with leaders across the USA, LATAM, and EMEA to build regionally aware hiring strategies, accounting for local nuances in compensation, communication, and candidate expectations.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience, preferably in fast-moving SaaS or FinTech environments.
- Proven success hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning roles.
- Strong proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Gem, and experience using AI tools for screening, outreach sequencing, and market analysis.
- Expertise in deep-web sourcing and building relationships with passive candidates through tailored communication.
- Ability to operate independently in evolving environments—designing processes, solving pipeline challenges, and adapting quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical or compensation details.
- Experience managing global hiring cycles, including navigating time zone differences and regional hiring practices.
- A creative, persistent mindset with confidence and positivity, even in high-pressure situations.
