Tilt is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter for a 6-month engagement. In this role, you'll shape and execute hiring strategies across our technical teams. You'll partner directly with senior leadership to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, design, and data science roles.
What You'll Do
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and build strategies.
- Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse mix of technical roles.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Translate complex hiring priorities into clear, scalable processes.
- Run multiple searches at once while keeping candidates and stakeholders aligned.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting tools, systems, and workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of recruiting experience spanning technical roles (engineering, product, design, data science).
- Exceptional sourcing and networking skills; resourceful, inventive, and resilient.
- Process-minded: skilled at turning complexity into clarity and building repeatable practices.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen, influence, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience leveraging AI tools for sourcing, screening, or scheduling.
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS.
- Background in fintech or startups.
