Charger Logistics Inc is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. You will be a key partner in scaling our team by identifying and engaging top-tier talent.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles
- Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine hiring strategies
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, either in-house or at an agency
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
