Real is hiring a Technical Project Manager for our Research & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for project managing some of the company's most important product features, leading cross-functional team activities, tracking dependencies, creating project plans, and managing issue resolution.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate daily standups with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure effective execution and timely escalation.
- Serve as Scrum Master over agile ceremonies, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to keep teams on track and remove blockers.
- Maintain reporting dashboards, team metrics, visualizations like GANTT charts, and identify workflow automation opportunities.
- Define and manage project timelines, roadmaps, and milestones aligned with business objectives.
- Support periodic reviews by audit, compliance, and other risk-related functions.
- Foster an engaging work environment where team members feel motivated and inspired.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools like YouTrack or Jira.
- Proven experience serving as a project lead and motivating teams.
- Strong initiative, innovative thinking skills, and ability to analyze details and translate them into the "big picture."
- Ability to drive teams and reprioritize based on business needs.
- Experience with agile or scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects using Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with tools like YouTrack, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
