itD is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive visibility, prioritization, and execution for a growing portfolio of data science initiatives supporting our Infra Enablement function. In this role, you will ensure cross-functional teams deliver measurable business impact by aligning technical roadmaps with organizational priorities.
What You'll Do
- Drive visibility, prioritization, and execution across operational and transformative data science initiatives.
- Align technical roadmaps with organizational OKRs and long-term strategic objectives.
- Develop and streamline project intake processes and resource allocation frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track milestones, and prepare executive-ready summaries.
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Guide teams on analytical design, modeling approaches, and data visualization best practices.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, and data science teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, tools, and portfolio management processes.
- Support ongoing production needs, incident tracking, and operational requests.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in technical program, project, or portfolio management.
- Experience supporting data science, analytics, or technical engineering teams.
- Strong portfolio oversight and prioritization experience across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and data visualization.
- Proven experience aligning technical initiatives to business objectives and OKRs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience driving operational process improvements (intake, resource allocation, reporting).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
Nice to Have
- Background in data science or analytics workflows.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and dashboarding/visualization tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Experience in portfolio management or Chief of Staff–type strategic roles.
- Exposure to AI infrastructure or large-scale technical organizations.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
