HireHawk is looking for a BI Data Analyst to join our consumer goods company. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive product performance and customer experience improvements. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to measure and scale data-informed decisions.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reports that empower teams to understand key metrics including customer behavior, product performance, and marketing effectiveness.
- Transform data from multiple sources into clear visualizations and insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Support cross-functional teams in defining measurable goals and outcomes around customer health, personalization engagement, and subscription behavior.
- Present actionable recommendations with clarity and impact to drive data-informed decision making across the organization.

- Exceptional ability to translate business questions into measurable metrics and build coherent tracking logic across user journeys.
- Strong debugging and validation practices to ensure data integrity.
- Proven experience partnering with non-technical teams to inform strategy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive curiosity, and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into analytical solutions.
