KnowBe4 is hiring a Snr. Analyst Strategic Finance to serve as a financial partner to the company, working closely with the Snr. Manager Strategic Finance. This remote role supports the GTM organization by enabling strategic decision-making and driving key initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Partner with a designated sales team to understand key business drivers and facilitate specific analyses.
- Own the area budget and lead the monthly forecasting process.
- Work with the Data Analytics team to ensure consistent messaging on results and metrics.
- Collaborate with the FP&A Planning team to identify cost savings and secure resources.
- Review and interpret financial statements and allocations.
- Assist with headcount planning to ensure teams can deliver their targets.
- Monitor monthly commissions to track progress against OTE and identify reasons for variances.
- Develop business and executive presentations and dashboards.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and other projects as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in an FP&A or Corporate Finance role.
- Ability to articulate model assumptions and analytics to the business.
- Proficiency in building financial models.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to gather data and initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic skills with the ability to assess key points, implications, and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Finance, Computational Finance, Statistics, or an MBA.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000
