Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for outreach and engagement
- Segment and prioritize nonprofit and educational partners based on potential impact and giving behavior
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to inform sales, marketing, and program decisions
- Collaborate with data collection and entity resolution team members to ensure accuracy of insights
- Continuously refine analytical methods and processes to improve decision-making
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally within SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success in previous roles, supported by academic and career achievements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Nice to Have
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills (e.g., Python/Pandas, Excel Power Query, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with matching techniques such as fuzzy matching, probabilistic linkage, and rule-based logic
- Experience working with CRMs or data warehouses
- Background in data quality, normalization, and data governance best practices
