Devsu is hiring a Technical Program Manager

Devsu is looking for a Technical Program Manager (Semi-Senior) to drive cross-team coordination and delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced engineering environment. You will focus on balancing planned roadmap initiatives with unplanned operational requests, using Agile methodologies to keep teams moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate delivery across multiple technical teams, including engineering, platform, and DevOps.
• Support planning and execution of roadmap work while helping manage urgent, unplanned requests.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across all teams.
• Maintain visibility into team priorities, capacity, and delivery status.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with stakeholders to align expectations and communicate regular delivery updates.
• Use Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to track work and generate reports.
• Continuously seek ways to improve team coordination and delivery flow.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience working directly with software or engineering teams.
• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Comfort working in environments with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical team discussions into clear, actionable delivery plans.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with platform, DevOps, or infrastructure teams.
• Exposure to operational or support-driven environments.
• Familiarity with Agile metrics like cycle time, throughput, and basic delivery reporting.
• Interest in growing toward Technical Program Management responsibilities.

Work Mode
