Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of the central administration console and user access controls.
- Oversee the foundational system for importing, managing versions, and distributing region-specific content sets.
- Supervise pipelines for ingesting media assets, content delivery network distribution, and health-related video streaming.
- Manage data structures, integration flows, and transformation logic for external meal ordering and medication reference services.
- Collaborate on admin interface workflows for configuring devices, assigning rooms, and initiating remote reboots.
- Own metrics and monitoring for admin portal usage, network throughput, and data synchronization reliability.
- Share responsibility for system-wide capabilities such as offline functionality, speed optimization, release coordination, data integrity checks, client setup, and user experience during service interruptions.

Responsibilities
- Management Console: Own the full-stack lifecycle of the central admin portal and access management.
- Content Module (CMM): Govern the core framework to upload, version, and deploy localized datasets.
- Media Ingestion & CDNs: Manage ingestion pipelines, CDN distribution, and streaming for health videos.
- Meal & Med Integrations: Oversee data schemas, streams, and parsing for third-party meal ordering and drug guides.
- Console Device Controls: Co-own admin UI workflows for device config, room mapping, and remote restarts.
- Console Analytics: Own tracking for admin portal sessions, bandwidth, and data sync health.
- Cross-Functional Ownership: Co-own shared responsibilities including offline resiliency, performance & latency, SDLC release alignment, payload validation, tenant onboarding, and graceful failover UX.
