Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Technical Product Manager – Search and Information Retrieval (m/f/d) to maximize the value of our search products. You will own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring advanced search, information retrieval, and ML-driven solutions translate into clear customer and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own and communicate the product vision and strategy for the search domain, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
- Translate strategic goals into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog, ensuring maximum value delivery.
- Write and maintain clear, outcome-oriented product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for search-related initiatives.
- Continuously prioritize and refine the backlog based on business impact, user feedback, experimentation results, and technical constraints.
- Define and track success metrics for search relevance, discovery, conversion, and customer satisfaction, ensuring decisions are data informed.
- Lead product discovery activities such as hypothesis definition, experiment planning, A/B testing, and evaluation of search improvements.
- Act as the primary product contact for the search domain, aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, data science, ML, AI, and UX.
- Balance short-term improvements and long-term investments in search and information retrieval capabilities.
- Support agile ceremonies and delivery by clarifying priorities, removing ambiguity, and ensuring alignment within the team.
- Foster a strong customer-centric and impact-driven mindset, ensuring technical innovation in search serves user and business value.
What We're Looking For
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a solid understanding of search, information retrieval, or related domains.
- Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in data-driven, ML-powered, or search-heavy products.
- Comfortable collaborating with data scientists and engineers, and can translate complex technical topics into clear product decisions.
- Understanding of experimentation, metrics, and business impact measurement in digital products.
- Structured, communicative, and confident in prioritization and stakeholder management.
- Enjoys enabling teams, aligning perspectives, and driving clarity in complex problem spaces.
Nice to Have
- A Ph.D. is a plus.
