AesthetiDocs is hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead a sophisticated B2B SaaS platform with CRM/ERP-level complexity in the healthcare sector. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from shaping requirements to ensuring polished delivery. The role involves working closely with engineers, designers, and QA to break down complexity and ship reliable features.

What You'll Do

Run standups, manage sprints, track progress, and ensure the team is focused, unblocked, and aligned on priorities.
Own epics and user stories, writing clear, actionable, technically-aware tickets.
Work alongside designers to shape intuitive user experiences for complex flows and data-heavy interfaces.
Validate development output, coordinate with QA, and give the final green light before releases.
Understand multi-tenant SaaS systems, including permission models, billing logic, usage metering, roles, and account hierarchies.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in product management, technical product ownership, or a related role, ideally within SaaS or B2B systems.
Fluent in agile workflows with the ability to manage a product backlog without micromanaging developers.
Ability to write clear, unambiguous specs that reduce back-and-forth and increase speed.
Strong UX instincts, with an understanding of structure, clarity, and usability.
Ability to critically test features yourself, simulate real-world scenarios, and spot issues.
Effective communication across time zones with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Availability for real-time collaboration during UK working hours (or close to it).
