RemoteVA PH is hiring an Ecommerce Manager (Product & Catalog Specialist) to maintain and expand a detailed online catalog of parts and diagrams. Your work will ensure the website is accurate, well-organized, and easy for customers to navigate when searching for parts by model, series, or brand.
What You'll Do
- Analyze price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information.
- Add and update products and parts, managing up to 1,000+ per brand in the system.
- Create and manage model-specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams.
- Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories.
- Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand structure and technical documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance.
- Strong organizational and categorization skills.
- Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs.
- Must be able to work during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM New York Time).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to detect small differences among thousands of parts.
- Focused and analytical, with a proactive mindset.
- Honest and dedicated to consistently filling the full work hours with quality output.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries.
- A fast learner who is genuinely interested in understanding the door hardware industry.
- Not afraid to ask clarifying questions when instructions are unclear.
