Anti-Boring Project is looking for an E-commerce Business & Growth Manager to own our digital growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving performance, optimizing spending, and improving visibility across key platforms like Meta, Amazon, and TikTok. What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Amazon Sponsored Ads.
- Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and blended performance and report insights regularly.
- Collaborate with creative teams to run A/B tests and double down on winning content.
- Analyze performance across platforms (Amazon, DTC, TikTok) and track margins.
- Maintain clean and clear dashboards/spreadsheets with real-time profitability data.
- Recommend actionable tactics — pricing, discounts, product copy changes — when results dip.
- Build and manage TikTok affiliate campaigns.
- Find and onboard new creators; help them launch content and track performance.
- Coordinate outreach and streamline collaboration using automation and CRM tools.
- Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging marketing strategies.
- Run rapid, small-scale tests to improve performance — from ad copy to thumbnails.
- Strategize with the founder on new growth ideas and full-funnel experiments.
- Manage TikTok campaigns, run promotions, and oversee affiliate offers.
- Handle Amazon ad strategy, seasonal promotions, and conversion optimization.
- Keep Amazon listings updated and A+ content sharp.
- Improve website store layout and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Optimize website for eCommerce best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, paid media, or performance marketing.
- Comfort with performance metrics, attribution models, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills for creator outreach and results reporting.
- Solid spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel) for forecasting and tracking spend.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with creators/influencers on TikTok.
- Past experience in fast-growing e-commerce or startup environments.
- Experience with Sellerise, Sellerboard, and ShipStation.
- Some background working with Slack, Notion and G Suite.
- Familiarity with Printful.
- Exposure to GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
- Understanding of post-purchase analytics tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable sequences).

- Compensation: $70,000 to $95,000 annually.
