Responsibilities
- Understand complex customer needs and prioritize the customer & business value, while adapting to evolving market conditions
- Manage overarching strategy for data platform and coordinate delivery of signals and the productization of them for downstream consumption
- Work closely and efficiently with product management leadership, engineering teams, designers, and customer success to ensure transparency, teamwork, and massive value add
- Prioritize, plan, and execute innovative product ideas, features, and enhancements
- Become subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of the market direction, user needs, competitive landscape and solutions ecosystems, and know how to align these to the company vision
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success and quality of products and features
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience of technical product management in an enterprise and/or startup environment
- Experience with building large scale data experiences for Risk or Cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of how data platforms are designed and operated (e.g., medallion architecture, lambda architecture, data vault concepts)
- Proven ability to drive data-driven decision making, define quality metrics, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
- Experience working effectively with both frontline engineers and executives, translating between technical detail and business impact.
- Comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces where correctness, attribution, and accuracy matter as much as speed.
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, data science, compliance, or statistics is preferred
- MBA and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
