ROLE OVERVIEW The Deployment Operations group is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer for a UK-based position. As a team member, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting Anduril's products worldwide. You'll engage with products during early lifecycle stages, collaborating closely with engineering teams to iteratively enhance system performance. Your role demands adaptability, technical mastery, and leadership across challenging and unpredictable environments. You will be expected to: - Coach teammates on system intricacies - Guide users through product implementation - Advise account managers on operational strategies - Communicate product refinement recommendations to engineering teams Specifically, you'll be at the forefront of deploying and supporting Counter UAS systems. You'll collaborate with Mission Operations teams, lead cross-functional groups in demanding conditions, and ensure comprehensive operational success across global sensor and effector systems. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Network+ and Linux+ certification or equivalent experience - Physical capability to lift 50-70 lbs - Ability to work in austere environments and use basic hand tools - Comprehensive understanding of power systems, generators, and load calculations - Technical proficiency with multimeters, voltage/current measurement - Experience terminating power cables and network connectors - Expertise in fiber optics and RF systems - Systematic troubleshooting and documentation skills - Independent and collaborative work capabilities - High domestic and international travel readiness - Strong communication and requirement gathering abilities - Self-sufficient problem-solving skills - Technical system mastery in challenging environments - Operational and logistics planning expertise - Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% annually) - UK security clearance eligibility - Medical deployment readiness PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field - Military or overseas contracting experience - Linux OS proficiency - Strong mechanical and electronics aptitude COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Competitive salary with potential equity grants.
