Think end-to-end project ownership: from initial business conversations to polished production deployment, you'll be the driving force. **What You Will Do:** - Lead design, development, and deployment of complex software systems using an AI-augmented workflow - Own the entire delivery pipeline: from requirement analysis and architectural design to coding, QA automation, CI/CD, and production observability - Act as a force multiplier by establishing AI-driven development best practices and mentoring our cross-functional engineering team - Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable cross-stack code (Python, Java, C++), setting the gold standard for code quality - Translate complex technical challenges into crystal-clear insights for senior leadership - Create "living documentation" that ensures system maintainability and smooth knowledge transfer - Continuously experiment with and integrate cutting-edge tools to elevate our development processes **Requirements:** - **A Proven Leader:** 8 to 14 years in software development, with significant experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Engineer in a high-growth environment. Startup or product-centric company background? Even better. - **An AI-Powered Developer:** Hands-on expertise using modern AI development tools. You think in optimal prompts and use AI to crack complex problems. - **A True System Owner:** Track record of taking products from concept to production.
