Agile Defense is seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the technical direction of our digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for leading the development, architecture, and migration of critical systems and applications.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical design and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee system and application development, integration, and migration efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution architectures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading technical aspects of large-scale development or migration projects.
- Strong background in system architecture, application development, and modern software practices.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience driving technical decisions and setting direction for engineering teams.
