Coalfire is looking for a Technical Editor to ensure the quality, clarity, and consistency of technical documentation. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards for our written deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Review and edit technical reports, proposals, and other documents for grammar, style, and formatting.
- Ensure technical content is clear, concise, and accessible to the intended audience.
- Collaborate with technical writers and subject matter experts to refine content.
- Maintain and apply company style guides and documentation standards.
- Manage multiple editing projects and meet established deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a technical editor or similar role.
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage feedback and communicate edits clearly to authors.
- Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
