ITT Inc. is hiring a Technical Business Development Manager Connectors for Defense & Aerospace - DACH

Responsibilities

• Generate new business in the aerospace and defense markets and serve as the regional point of contact for market trends in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Lead the creation of new business, identify new product opportunities, and manage design-in activities with key customers, either directly or by assisting the sales team and distribution partners.
• Establish strong relationships with important stakeholders at strategic customer accounts and within the industry.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, sales staff, field application engineers, and product development teams to support business growth.
• Create and deliver product and application presentations to current and prospective customers, highlighting value propositions and expertise in interconnect technologies.
• Identify opportunities to broaden the product range.
• Provide structured market and competitive intelligence along with customer feedback.
• Contribute input and present proposals for new products and related technologies.
• Coordinate and manage the execution of new product development and growth initiatives as a program manager.
• Master the sales opportunity management process using the CRM system and adhere to reporting practices.
