Ajax Systems is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers in the Western USA. You will be the primary point of contact for client success, platform integration, and long-term relationship growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of accounts across the Western USA region.
- Drive platform adoption and client success through proactive technical guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs and challenges into actionable technical solutions and strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Customer Success Engineer.
- Strong ability to understand complex technical products and communicate their value to diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating business needs into technical outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in or near one of the following metropolitan areas: San Francisco, Phoenix, Seattle, or Portland.
