SOCRadar was looking for a Technical Account Manager | MSSP (Spanish-speaking)

SOCRadar is looking for a Spanish-speaking Technical Account Manager specializing in MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) relationships. In this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Success team, responsible for ensuring customers derive maximum value from our threat intelligence platform through expert onboarding, technical guidance, and proactive support.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers and conduct product training for the SOCRadar platform.
  • Create custom integrations and configurations for customer deployments.
  • Monitor platform usage and customer interactions using analytics tools, initiating action based on technical indicators.
  • Provide regular technical updates and hold calls with customers to address issues.
  • Address technical questions from customers and channel partners, offering best practices.
  • Prepare Proof of Value (POV), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), and Executive Business Review (EBR) reports in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to solve complex customer issues.
  • Research assigned countries/locations and prepare use-case documents on critical incidents in those regions.
  • Assist customers during a breach or attack to fully remediate problems, collaborating with other internal teams.
  • Analyze customer incidents and alarms to help advise on additional services needed.
  • Analyze technical indicators for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with AMs to drive them.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of pre-sales or technical account management experience.
  • Direct experience working with a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • A customer-centric, consultative attitude.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry, notably in network security.
  • Experience in threat intelligence.
  • Knowledge of the MEDDICC or a similar sales framework.
