Element Solutions is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to lead security operations and support state contract opportunities. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining robust security programs in a remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage security controls for enterprise systems and remote operations.
- Lead security initiatives tied to state contract requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Architect and deploy security solutions to protect cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management across the technology stack.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate security into development and deployment pipelines.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in information security or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise security solutions.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and experience with government or state contracts.
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and identity/access management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead security projects independently.
Work Mode
