Mindera is seeking a Tech Product Owner with a robust technical background to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of developers crafting solutions for a fintech project, guiding the product life cycle from concept to delivery. You will be instrumental in gathering requirements, refining priorities, and leveraging solid communication with stakeholders to ensure constant progress and alignment.
What You'll Do
- Mentor the team as an Agile advocate and drive continuous improvement processes.
- Manage conflicts and impediments as they arise and coach the team on managing them.
- Ensure all stakeholders are up to date on the team's progress and deliverables by maintaining open and honest communications.
- Provide clear reports with different specifications for different audiences.
- Leverage your technical experience to triage development and QA tickets based on business and customer priorities.
- Own and supervise the product backlog, story writing, project roadmap, and dependencies.
- Translate product features into well-defined requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders to collaborate, set, and communicate release schedules, dates, and scope.
- Ensure your team’s delivery against the agreed plan.
- Influence the product vision definition and break it into smaller, incremental deliverables.
- Assist in the identification of market opportunities.
- Plan and execute the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Ability to coordinate schedules across multiple time zones.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven track record in areas such as conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
- A software engineering background with the ability to comfortably speak in technical terms.
- Proven ability to analyze product use cases and requirements from all points of the SDLC, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
