Magellan Partners is hiring a Tech Lead .NET & AI to serve as a Lead Developer and Technical Expert. You will play a central role in designing and optimizing modern, scalable, resilient, and service-oriented software architectures. You'll work in an agile, collaborative environment on varied projects involving .NET, AI, and Azure, as part of a community of 680 employees across 12 agencies.
What You'll Do
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and audit existing systems.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures using .NET.
- Integrate and leverage generative AI and machine learning services, including Azure AI, OpenAI, and ML.NET.
- Lead technical workshops, share best practices, and supervise development teams.
- Ensure skill development of developers through mentoring and structured code reviews.
- Define and promote development and architecture standards across projects.
- Implement and guarantee DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure software quality and security, leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot.
- Conduct technology watch and propose suitable innovations.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET development.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring technical teams.
- A pragmatic technical leader capable of making structuring decisions and guiding teams toward excellence.
